Superior Foam Basics

Foam is clearly the best insulation material availablle. Consider comfortably holding a common foam cup full of scalding hot coffee, and you'll get the idea. And the foam insulation injected into beverage coolers / ice chests is very similar in makeup to the foam we use in residential projects. 

But our foam does more than just insulate the home; it also seals the home against air infiltration.  According to the Department of Energy, air infiltration accounts for 40% of energy costs in the typical home.
