• Integrity - Our customers' best possible purchase is more important to us than our largest possible sale. We complete every task in the process of insulating a home as though we were insulating our own home. And in the rare instances where we mess up, we will immediately fess up.
• Disclosures to our Customers - All of our new home customers receive an easy to understand financial analysis of the investment we propose they make in our insulation system. They also receive a 3-page "Scope of Work" detailing exactly what they can expect of us.
• Customer satisfaction is guaranteed - We'd prefer that our customers benefit from our pulling the trigger on our spray gun 50 times too many than suffer for our pulling it 1 time too few. We look at each customer as an opportunity for “word of mouth” advertising, and we will do what it takes to make sure that all of this advertising is completely favorable.
• Consultative guidance on numerous aspects of home - We are happy to share what we’ve learned over the years about a number of components other than insulation to help our customers enjoy a home of superior quality.
